HCPC Registered
I am a chartered sport and exercise psychologist through the British Psychological Society (BPS) and I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Sport has been an integral part of my life. Cricket, football, rugby, sailing, skiing, snooker, surfing, are sports that I have played throughout and continue to do so.

I moved to Colorado and trained as a skier, which sparked my interest in sport psychology, an integral part of performance. During the following winters my work encouraged performance flow mindsets and created high-performance environments.

I returned from the Rockies to take a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Cardiff. I went onto complete a Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Loughborough University. Following my Maters I completed my Stage 2 chartership through the BPS.
